MLG Communities at Home Builders Expo 2009
Milwaukee (December 2, 2008) MLG Communities will once again participate in the Home Builders Expo at the Midwest Airlines Center in Milwaukee. MLG's booth number is 1101, please stop by and see the latest subdivisions being offered by MLG. The Home Builders Expo hours are Thursday, January 8th from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 9th from noon to 9 p.m., Saturday, January 10th from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, January 11th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $10.00 at the door or $8.00 at advanced ticket sellers or with donation of 2 non-perishable food items at the door. Admission for children 12 and under is free. This year’s Home Builders Expo, which is presented by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, features over 550 booths, and is expected to draw approximately 15,000 attendees. This combination makes the Expo the largest, most comprehensive building trade show in Wisconsin.

Carriage Hills Sold Out
MLG’s residential community “Carriage Hills” is sold out Milwaukee (November 6, 2007) – MLG Development is pleased to announce that the last lot has been sold in its Carriage Hills subdivision, located in the City of Delafield off of Hwy C on the Western side of Nagawicka Lake. MLG Receives “Best Subdivision Entrance” Award
Brookfield, Wis. – MLG received the Best Subdivision Entrance award for the Carriage Hills (Delafield, WI) entrance from the Metropolitan Builders Association’s annual Sales and Marketing Achievement dinner. Durham Hill Nursery managed the landscaping of the winning entrance.

The award was for MLG and Durham Hill’s work on the Carriage Hills subdivision located in Delafield, WI. Entries were judged on landscaping and use of vegetation, appropriateness of the theme, special features including fountains, original trees, and rocks as well as lighting, materials used, and overall aesthetic appeal. The judges also took into consideration the signage and its placement at the entryway.
